The Supreme Court voted 8-1 that Justice Clarence Thomas is not legally retarded. Thomas cast the lone dissenting vote.
In his dissenting opinion, Thomas said, “I is in this country legally and I is highly regarded…I want my full retarded benefits now! How does the cap go back on this pen?”
