Intelligent life has been discovered on Mars, NASA spokesfolks report today.

It appears to lack drugs, violence, government, and procreative sex. Art is its currency, its young have full rights, and no creatures lack for their basic needs.

Sadly, five American astronauts appear to have perished on the red planet. Those who initially reported on the discovery of this advanced Martian civilization are no longer returning transmissions.

Their last message was cryptic and bizarre: "So long, suckers – we're naturalized."
