Biofuel Industry Responsible for Skyrocketing Food Prices

A World Bank report leaked to the press last week indicates biofuel production is responsible for 75% of the vast, recent increase in global food prices that is tanking the international political economy and threatening millions with malnutrition and starvation. Knock knock: What happens when you continue paying farmers to not use their land, but turn a bunch of food crops into fuel? Open the goddamn door, I'm hungry.
